What an honor it is to serve and lead in this area of the Women's Ministry. God has shown us his greatness during our Monday night prayer meetings, as well as taking his presence and power in our individual lives.
Our prayer nights, is one of the most important opportunities to use as an outreach for lost and hurting women. Those women include friends, neighbors, co-workers and family. They can be reminded that there are other women who have been down the same roads of trials, so to pray for them with compassion and love, and encouragement comes naturally.
During our fireworks booth shared with the Men's Ministry is also a way to introduce out Church to the public. Meeting new and old acquaintances and extending an invitation to join us for service.
One of the most memorable events was in September where we hosted Car Care Day, targeting our widows, single mothers, spouses with disabilities within our church body. The LOVE of God was everywhere! The Men's Ministry as well as the Youth Ministry joined us to serve the women, washing their cars, checking their oil, and replacing windshield wipers. While these ladies were being pampered with the cleaning of their autos, they were enjoying a nice, yummy, breakfast burrito cooked by various volunteers whose cars were being serviced. Alana and Helen Bain, thank you for your delicious chorizo! Thank you everyone that made this event such a successful and loving event.

Women's Ministry Leader
We have had a good year; our projects have all been very successful. We raised more than $7,500, enabling us to help other ministries including our building fund.As a result we are able to allow other ministries to take advantage of some of our yearly fundraisers. WM's is currently working on needed modifications and updates in the kitchen, and will provide necessary items for our nursery. We met our yearly goal for giving to the section in excess of $1,000 and to the different missionaries we have had the pleasure of meeting during our quarterly ralley's.
This year was awesome year growing together in the Lord. Our retreat was a very special time getting to know who we are in the Lord and enjoying great fellowship with each other. Throughout the year we have been able to play Bunko and take day trips to various places. We are excited to see what the Lord has in store for us. There are various projects in the planning stages: 1) Scholarship program 2) A women's mentoring program.
With God's direction and your support we will accomplish many things this year. Thank you and God Bless.
